These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the besa8 platform, including all gaming, betting, and financial services offered through our website at besa8.app. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and besa8 (the operator). By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms set out herein.

besa8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of its services at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the besa8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them. If you are using the platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms, and you accept full responsibility for their compliance.

These terms apply to all users, including registered members, guests browsing the platform, and any person interacting with besa8 services in any capacity. Accessing any restricted feature of the site implies your consent to these terms in full, including any supplementary policies such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use besa8 services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. besa8 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement, and any account found to have been opened by a person under this age will be permanently closed with all associated funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify this prior to registration.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any court order, guardianship, or other legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of besa8 or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full suite of besa8 services, you are required to register a personal account. The following rules govern account creation and management:

• One account per person is strictly enforced. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a violation of these terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. besa8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your password.
• Account verification (KYC) may be required at any time. You must provide any requested identification documents, including a national ID card, passport, or utility bill, within the specified deadline. Failure to comply may result in account restrictions.

besa8 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or any other material breach of these terms. In such cases, pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

besa8 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of locally trusted payment channels. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and select Visa/Mastercard options. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be voided, and the corresponding funds may be withheld.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours under standard conditions. During periods of high demand or when KYC verification is outstanding, processing times may be extended. besa8 will communicate any delays via the registered email or account notification system.
• besa8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This includes proof of identity, source of funds, and ownership of the relevant payment method. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure and is not specific to any individual user.

Currency for all transactions is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). besa8 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits. Any attempted transaction using an unsupported currency or payment method will be returned without processing.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

besa8 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited only after a qualifying deposit has been made and the applicable claim conditions have been met. Bonuses credited in error will be reclaimed from the player's account balance.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms. Failure to complete the rollover within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged, or sold to any other player or third party. Each bonus is personal to the registered account holder and may only be claimed once unless explicitly indicated otherwise.
• besa8 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including if there is evidence of promotional abuse, collusion, or any attempt to manipulate or exploit the bonus system.

6. Game Rules & Conduct

Every game available on besa8 — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, crash games, and fish games — operates under its own published rules. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager. besa8 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

In the event of a technical fault, game interruption, disconnection, or any system malfunction that affects the outcome of a wager, besa8 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly. Where a fair resolution is not possible and the original bet cannot be reconstructed, the wager amount will be returned to the player as a non-cashable balance. Decisions made by besa8's technical team in such cases are final and binding.

7. Responsible Gaming

besa8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all users. We offer self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods. These features are accessible directly from your account settings. Players who believe they may be experiencing gambling-related harm are strongly encouraged to contact our support team or seek assistance from an independent support organisation.

besa8 strictly prohibits all forms of underage gambling. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account permanently closed, and all deposited funds and winnings will be forfeited. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden on the besa8 platform. Any confirmed violation will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to the appropriate authorities where necessary:

• Money laundering, including the use of besa8 as a conduit to clean illegally obtained funds. besa8 complies with all applicable AML regulations and reports suspicious activity as required by law.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, crawlers, or AI-assisted devices to gain an unfair advantage in any game, wager, or promotional scheme offered on the platform.
• Collusion between players, including sharing hand information in live card games, coordinating bets to exploit an opponent or the house, or any form of match-fixing in relation to sports betting markets offered on besa8.
• Chargeback fraud, reversed transactions, or any attempt to dispute a legitimate deposit or betting transaction with a payment service provider after funds have been used on the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the besa8 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of besa8 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of besa8 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. besa8 will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, besa8 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible loss.

besa8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

12. Amendments to These Terms

besa8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered users via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law, supplemented where applicable by the laws of the jurisdiction in which besa8 operates. In the event of any dispute, besa8 encourages users to first contact our customer support team directly to seek an amicable resolution. Where a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
